We presented our work to the other student, in Sommerset House. This is my animation, not finished, without audio, and with some part too fast than others. But this is it.
It was very difficult plan the time and all the work I needed to do this video. At first glance I thought it was too long, while shooting it was too short.
I tried to apply effect and audio with after Effects, but I struggled to understand how it works.
I never used a software like this before.
Good point:
- I have understand how to use the stop motion tecnique (need to do more frame, 25 not 12 per second);
- Love for the animation (need more lesson to learn how animate a charachter, how to avoid the problem with the time and light);
- Love drawing and painting all the materials and see how they worked in the video;
Problem:
- I have underestimate the time for preparing the material;
- Difficulties linked to the unknowledge of the software;
Missed: word, voice, fade to black
Do again: few scenes are too fast. Do more frame.
